PACL Book to Action 2020
Palo Alto City Library is thrilled to participate in Book to Action 2020! Our series of virtual events is designed to spotlight the issues facing Seniors with the goals of helping to educate, foster empathy and build community with the hopes of lessening loneliness and isolation experienced by this vulnerable population, particularly those who are living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Our book selection is Wrinkles by Paco Roca, and free copies of this book are available at Mitchell Park and Rinconada Libraries while supplies last beginning July 21. A full list of our programs for August 2020 can be found at bit.ly/paclbta This book list offers suggestions for learning more about Alzheimer's and dementia, for both adults and children.
