A pretty good documentary on sugar, its effect on health when consumed in excess regularly, and the amount of sugar found in food and the modern diet. I like how it showed the host, who thought he was doing fairly well with his diet and lifestyle, had room for improving his diet to improve his health and risk factors for disease.

More convincing evidence that there is too much sugar in our "food supply'; the food industry profits from using sugar as a cheap, addictive? additive; this is a contributing factor to the dramatic rise in obesity and diabetes; we need to minimize our consumption of sugar; and that perhaps it will take government intervention to reverse the trend. The guy who made, narrated the documentary is Kiwi - his New Zealand accent made it a little difficult to understand him.
