So, so bad. Good actors defeated by a script of paint-by-numbers badness. Greer Garson looks lovely and wears fabulous gowns, yet this movie's dim concept of light comedy eludes her. Attempted slapstick registers as painfully unfunny, and supposedly witty repartee lands with a thud. The young Liz Taylor sure looks nice while golfing, though.
