Pretty useless book.

Less than 200 pages, lots of them wasted on things like interminable e-mail conversations between people who designed HTML 4.

Still, part of the book is useful. I just wish it wasn't drowned in filler.

Also, I hate that the book always keeps sending you to URLs that start with http://bit.ly. Either put the info right there, if it's relevant, so I can read the printed book without a computer around, or don't make the reference. Or at least use proper links, so I can see the real domain name and decide for myself if I take a risk and go there or not. I'm not going to click a bit.ly thing that may end up in China and give me a virus.
