Stuck with a technology question? Need help with an ongoing issue or learning something new? Stop by the Rinconada branch library for our drop in tech help Tuesday mornings. Staff is available to help with a variety of tech questions including:

• Learning to use Libby and/or Hoopla
• Accessing library databases and services
• Downloading and streaming content
• Navigating the City of Palo Alto Library website
• Downloading and using the new PACL app
• Wi-Fi connection
• Printing
• Creating an email account
• Basic computer skills
• Installing and using common apps
• And more….

* Unfortunately, helping you fix damaged hardware or software is not within our scope.

Registration is encouraged but not required. Please be aware that space and time are limited, help is given on a first come, first served basis and registrants will be given priority. Please bring any devices you use, make sure they are charged, and have your necessary passwords. We look forward to helping you.
