In observance of Jewish American Heritage Month, father and daughter biographers Dr. John Jackson and San Francisco Ballet Orchestra violinist Rebecca Jackson-Picht present a docufilm about David Arben, Rebecca’s violin teacher. “Because of the violin, I was the only one that came out alive, from 105 people who were shot to death or buried alive,” Arben said. A question-and-answer session will follow the film, and copies of the book David Arben's Life of Miracles & Successes, a biography by Dr. John Jackson & Rebecca Jackson will be for sale.
