Join PACL and Project HumaneKind as we host Isabelle Cnudde, founder of micro-sanctuary Clorofil, at Mitchell Park Library. This event will consist of a reading of My Name is Skye, a children’s book that describes the rescue of Skye, along with her puppies, and chronicles Skye’s adaptation to life in Los Altos at Clorofil.
We will discuss what it means to be humane and kind, followed by a drawing activity where children will create their own interpretation of Skye, based on the photos in “Skye’s Diary” and the book illustrations.
Registration is not required, but please do so in order to receive an email reminder the day before the event.
