Enjoy looking closely at four pieces of the City's Public Art collection that are located at the Rinconada Library and the Art Center. Learn about and practice techniques for observation. After your self guided tour of the art, there will be time to share reflections about how taking time to look at artwork in a sustained manner changes your perception.
All of the artwork is located outside, so wear comfortable shoes for walking. Participants are also welcome to bring a yoga mat or other portable item to place on the ground for extended art viewing.
